Employee Navigator is seamlessly integrated with ADP Workforce Now®. This means that you get a secure integration and a real time, bi-directional data exchange which means you only have to input the data once and it will immediately update the other system.

The development of these policies has taken into consideration industry standards and best practices for security and availability and has been reviewed and approved by the Executive Team. These policies have been published and communicated to all members of the Employee Navigator Team and is supported through the investment in resources, people, and technologies required for implementation and enforcement.
Integration Details
Employee Navigator integrates with ADP Workforce Now® to exchange demographic, compensation, and deduction information between the two systems. Demographic changes that originate in Employee Navigator will be sent to ADP in real time. Demographic changes that originate in ADP will be updated in Employee Navigator every night. Refer to exchanged fields below for flow of demographics. Deductions will be sent to ADP Workforce Now® (current version) in real time.
