Integration Details

Employee Navigator integrates with ADP Workforce Now® to exchange demographic, compensation, and deduction information between the two systems. Demographic changes that originate in Employee Navigator will be sent to ADP in real time. Demographic changes that originate in ADP will be updated in Employee Navigator every night. Refer to exchanged fields below for flow of demographics. Deductions will be sent to ADP Workforce Now® (current version) in real time.

Data Sync Frequency

  • Real-Time & Scheduled* Scheduled- If demographic change is made in ADP, Employee Navigator will be updated the following day. Deductions are sent from Employee Navigator to ADP Workforce Now in real time.

Use Cases

  • Deduction data: Whether the employee is electing benefits during their new hire enrollment window, going through open enrollment, or has a qualifying life event during the plan year, Employee Navigator will update deductions to be sent to ADP Workforce Now® (current version).
  • Compensation data: When an employee's compensation changes in ADP Workforce Now® (current version) the information will be updated in Employee Navigator to reflect the change. ***Note: Employee Navigator owns Annual Benefit Salary for salary-based benefits.
  • Demographic data: When a New Hire is added into ADP Workforce Now® (current version) the employee record will be sent over to Employee Navigator the following day. When a demographic change occurs on an employee record, regardless of which system the change occurs, the other system will be updated.
